Kathy Hatch has extensive experience translating German-English over the past five years. She is currently working on translating a book of 6 volumes and has translated a website and shorter pieces. In addition, she is an English teacher who has taught general and business English to adults since 2001 and her grasp of English grammar is excellent. She majored in English Literature at Seattle University and was placed on the Dean's list as a result of her achievements. She has written articles for The New Stork Times (a parenting magazine here in Switzerland) and is currently working on writing a detective story for children, ages 9 - 11.

From 2005 - 2006, Kathy Hatch worked as a German-English translator for Dr H.H. Stassen, Universität Zürich. She translated several pages of the website, http://naheland.golfclub-maasberg.de/hotel/en/. As a translator, she enjoys working in the following areas: general business documents / websites, psychology, philosophy, tourism, travel.
